you migrae them or their evolved forms from FireRed/LeafGreen b putting said game in the GBA slot, then picking migrate from the menu that comes up when you turn the game on.
you catch migrated pokemon at the Pal Park, which is accessable by surfing down the route south of Sandgem...
if you want the base forms, you'd have to breed with a Ditto in Solaceon. You can migrate Ditto or catch it on route 218 using the PokeRadar(you get it from Rowan for completing the Sinnoh Dex) (On that...you just have to see everything. for palkia, go to (**** i forget the name), but its where you go after you use the medicine on the psyduck...anyway talk to a person who will show you a sketch of Palkia(or Dialga in Pearl) this will add their pic to the pokedex. Also cath Uxie and Azelf, and encounter MEspirit(it runs away, it's like the dogs/latios/latias)

The secret word of trading success is "organized". You can't be successful without a strategy, a plan and some kind of technological support. I use a software called "autobinary signals" that is helping me a lot. There are plenty of them on the market. I recommend this one because it's very easy to use (you don't have to be an expert or have special skills to make money with it).
Check it out here. It's worth it: http://tradingsignal.toptips.org

Ok here is what you do. First you get a leaf green OR fire red version gba game. Complete your sinnoh dex then. visit professor what's his face in sandgem town. He will go wooo good job yeah! and then miracalously professor oak will show up! he gives you the national dex and tells you to go to pal park. get the first starter in ur gba game... get other pokes too so u can import. Then you try and catch them in pal park. Save ur ds game. Delete your gba game. Then get the second starter. AND repeat! lol what joy! sorry for all the spelling and grammar errors.. i am in a hurry!

You obtain them through trades, or transfer them from a 3rd generation game via Pal Park.

the best trading software http://tradingsolution.info
i have attended a lot of seminars, read counless books on forex trading and it all cost me thousands of dollars. the worst thing was i blew up my first account. after that i opened another account and the same thing happened again. i started to wonder why i couldn,t make any money in forex trading. at first i thought i knew everything about trading. finally i found that the main problem i have was i did not have the right mental in trading. as we know that psychology has great impact on our trading result. apart from psychology issue, there is another problem that we have to address. they are money management, market analysis, and entry/exit rules. to me money management is important in trading. i opened another account and start to trade profitably after i learnt from my past mistake. i don't trade emotionally anymore.
if you are serious about trading you need to address your weakness and try to fix it. no forex guru can make you Professional trader unless you want to learn from your mistake.

you got two options to obtain them:
1. Migrate them from your gba games.
2. Trade with someone for them.
