There are allot of "don't knows" here. Like, are you in the country, city? Do you have an allowance? Friends? A bike? Skateboard? I could think of allot of things. How about rent movies and have your friends over to poke fun at the actors and the plot? Sleep out in the backyard in a tent. Build a tree fort. Read scary books. Are you near a Veterinarian or Humane Society? Go offer to walk the dogs, brush them out or simply play with them.

hangin out with friends if you are going into high school join a summer sport it keeps you busy, have fun and meet some new people thats what i did! it was fun

i dunno but i hang out with my girlfriend, and im 13 years old too.
go to great america or to the movies with my friends.. uknow? sometimes i just chill at home and watch t.v. if im tired
