other friends the computer have got the virus trogen horse
we have not got the pass word to re do the windows any one got ideas thanks

Look on the back of the PC = that's where a lot of PC's have their XP Serial Number stickers

No Serial Number ? Then you have a Pirate copy ... you could try ringing MS and giving them a story ...

try system restore all programes accesories systerm tools clik on system restore take back before trojan horse should do the trick
