Sorry, I don't have enough information to help you. Are you ovulating for sure? How old are you? How are you timing intercourse? What do you mean about doing a cycle of Depo? Depo is birth control -- that would hurt you more than help you. Do you have any other conditions like endometriosis or PCOS?

Depending on your age, you'll probably have to wait until you've tried a year before they can do any tests to see what's going on. Low sperm count could be a factor, scar tissue in the uterus from an infection, there are many different causes to infertility.

Its surprising how insensitive some people can be on here. Why would you take the depo shot? If I am not mistaken, I am thinking that you are talking about the depo provera shot. Which is birth control, meaning it prevents you from becoming pregnant for 3 months..... if you did that, even taking the shot just once can cause you to be infertile for extended periods of time. Most people don't get pregnant for a year after using birth control. Then there are some, would have PCOS, who take it to become regular, and as soon as they get off of it they become pregnant. Anyway, I wouldn't give up just yet. God will give you a child when He wants you to have one. Don't become discouraged just yet. I say try at least for another year. If you've tried for 9 months, that means you've only tried with 9 eggs. Just pray about it and stay calm.

My husband and I have been trying since Nov of 2005. If I were you I would go and talk to your OB/GYN and have a pre-pregnancy workup done. This will show wether or not you are actually having problems. I have Polycystic Ovaries, I have a uterin septum I have to have surgery on, and I probably only ovulate at most 4 times a year. My husband has to go back because they think that he has a low count and motility problem. So hang in there. I know it is hard. I have 8 friends who are pregnant right now. One of which is my sister in law and I am throwing her baby shower. Believe meI know how tough it is. The more you stress the worse it gets. Just know that one day you will get to have your beautiful baby and he or she will be that much more worth it! Good luck to us both!!

Ok, I have been trying for 7 YEARS, I finally had a doctor that did the necessary test like an laporoscopy, tested my hubby, and now am on clomid. It is a fertility drug that your regular doctor can prescribe without going to a fertility specialist which can be costly! Be open and honest with your physician and tell them what YOU want not what THEY want. And yes, the depo shot I took 8 years aago and it is birth control taken every 3 months, if you want to get pregnant DON"T TAKE THAT!

I would make an appoint with your doctor and your husband as well with his. It could be he has a low sperm count or you don't ovulate as you thought, but a doctor could give advise and all the options there are out there to help you conceive. I also know that sometimes when you are stress you cycle is not normal, so maybe even stop trying to get pregnant and it might happen....that's what finally worked for my husband and me...we tried for about 5 months and then decided it was not meant to be yet....we found out I was pregnant the next month.

Go to your obgyn and explain to them what is going on. i've been here and done that. not ovulating, no periods, no pregnancy. i am now takin clomid. but i have been diagnosed with pcos and that is why im on it to help me get preg. usually drs wont do any kind of tests or fertility treatments for 1 yr of trying. so good luck, keep trying, bring down your stress levels and who knows you might get preg. dont think about gettin preg and it could also happen. the more you stress the more your body stresses. good luck again.

Don't worry... I have 3 kids. With my first two it was like a got spit on and i was pregnant. With my 3rd one I tried for 4 months. I am 34 though... So maybe my age had some thing to do with it. If you have no medical reason not to get pregnant, then relax and stop trying so hard. Stress will STOP you from getting pregnant.

You may want to visit your ob/gyn to make sure that everything looks ok for conception. Also, I am not sure if your med. insurance will pay but you can also consider fertility testing. Best of luck and Baby dust. I completely understand I have been trying for over a year and my ins. provider will not pay for testing. I pray the best for you!!!
