I would go on living until the very end. I would not bother to try to do something spectacular or anything. I would want to stay home and be with my family so, that we could enjoy each other in our last hours.

i would go do something important like watch as much TV as i could whilst eating everything i could fit in and bump uglies as much as i could.

probably call my boyfriend and tell him to meet me half-way between my house and his (somewhere in pennsylvania), and we'd drink, smoke (weed) and **** the last day of our lives away.
