I have read where in order to be imancipated in Ohio you have to either do something with the armed forces or a lawful marriage. But how can you do that when you are underage anyways.

It's all about the paperwork; has it been completed, and witnessed by a judge or minister? If you are under age then the only way you can be married is with your parents' permission.

It sounds like your best bet is to hang out as best you can with your parents (unless they are a threat to your physical well-being, then get out, and go to a judge immediately) and move out the day you turn 18.

A lawful marriage is one that is recognized by the state that you live in.You can get married when you are under aged, but your parents have to sign for you to get married.
