Well, like any celebrity, you can't really. The only way you could is to enter as many contests as possible and hope to win one, (contests for a chance to meet her), you could go to a concert and get backstage passes, or you could find out where she lives and go wait at her house for her. If you could find her email address you could email her and get to know her. Then she might even invite you to see her if you become friends. It is very unlikely that you will ever get a chance to though. Hope your dreams come true!

Unfortunatlely, you can't exactly meet her, unless you go to one of her concerts and have backstage passes. Those can be very very expensivee, and aren't worth it. If you know her privately, than there's a lot of answers, but i'm assuming you don't know her. You can send her mail on her fan mail..

You can't meet her though. You could go to DC Games in Disneyland, you would probably meet her there, but unless you live near disneyland, or la, you would have to fly there...which is costly.

Either when she has a concert buy the tickets and get a backstage pass or when she has a concert...climb up to where she has the concert and sneak in

you can go to disney land in california, thats where they film, and buy a ticket to see the show being filmed and get a backstage pass.
or wait for a concert.
or you might be able to meet her if you go to the next disney channel games and buy a backstage pass.

camp outside her house and watch her activities day by day, night and day. Follower everywhere she goes. Then one of those times "accidentally" bump into her and say "like OMG I'm totally sorry. BTW can I get a pic with you?"

I met her because my dance teacher teaches Emily Osment and her, so one time i went and I saw her there.
you can audition for roles of hannah montana.

why do you have to meet her? she's just a normal kid with messed up teeth and a loser dad. in my opinion, anyways. plus i dont think she cares about meeting you...not to be mean but its true she couldnt care less she doesnt even know you exist
