Elvis took many, many prescription medications--to excess. At his final concert, he was all bloated up--which could be related to the heart or liver.
He was extremely famous, but could not kick those drugs. He died of an OD.

First of all Elvis is a boy. Okay nore w that we got that down here is how he died. He was really a heavy smoker and he drank a good bit and then one day when he was on the toliet he just passed out. There are some other things but i cant tell you my grandmothers friend dated him. But i cant tell you but that is how he died

HE died from heart failure, from overeating, fried banana sandwich anyone, too many drugs. He was on the toilet and died there. I think he was actually eating at the time when he died, but that might have been the big girl from mamas and the papas
