I would still perform my job like I always did but wouldn't go out of my way to do anything extra. I have two jobs right now and my second job is in retail. I always clean at that job but some day when I decide to leave, I don't plan on doing one ounce of cleaning my last two weeks. I will show up, wait on the customers and that's it.
