The United States is the greatest country in the world because it allows people to ask "Is it unconstitutional for the United States to have a Soul?"; unlike liberal utopias such as Cuba, and Venezuela.

No. But then the U.S. is a country not a person and so doesn't really have a soul. Only people, individuals can have souls. And there's nothing the Constitution can do about that.
