I'm 56 years old today, and I've been through more "lives that I had in mind" than you can imagine. I've had several careers - caseworker, legal assistant, word processing supervisor - now I work as Assistant to the General Mgr of a franchise hotel. I've had some damned good times, making great money, I've been poor as a church mouse (that's supposed to be real poor, though I've never met a church mouse); but the one thing I am that I always hoped to be is strong, confident, sure of myself, and I STILL look good.

I'm living the life I had in mind. Getting paid enough, husband, 2.3 kids and a dog, own a home and a car.....all American family life!

Financially, no I wish I could fell like money was not the issue but it always is, and well the rest is okay... i wish that even mu career was different...
