How do i evolve feebas in pokemon pearl version?

Hi i just caught 2 feebas male and female in pokemon pearl version, i breeded them then hatched an egg it was a feebas and then i feed it poffins so it can evolve into milotic here is the weird part, i give it poffins then i raise it's beauty level a little bit, then after it says it wont eat nomore poffins so then i wait until the next day turn on my ds then i try and feed it more poffins but it says feebas won't eat anymore so how am i suppost to evolve feebas into milotic when they won't let me feed it poffins?

start with a new pokemon

try to give it high level poffins that raise beauty (dry poffins) only.


and it helps tons if the pokemon likes the dry poffins (to check see the summary of the pokemon)

Make sure the Feebas you want to evolve likes to eat dry food or anything. Then only feed the Feebas dry poffins that are level 25 (or if you're pickier like me Lv 27) or above. Make sure to use Pamtre berries for this. The Feebas you were trying to evolve will never be able to unless its beauty stat is maxed out. Another thing is, when you finish maxing out its beauty stat, the pokemon has to grow at least one level. After the battle, it will evolve.

That means you cannot feed them anymore and start again. You have to get a feebas that likes food that raises beauty.
