No. The hymen can be broken in other ways and if it's broken, the woman generally won't bleed.

Hi!
I assume you mean *female* virgins, aside from rectal sex, a male virgin bleeding at the loss of his virginity is very abnormal...
The answer is "no", not all girls will bleed when they lose their virginity. The hymen membrane which is responsible for a virginal bleed can be torn by perfectly innocent means, such as horse back riding, heavy sports, or even common gym exercises. Back in the day, girls of class were not allowed to do much rough housing, and if it kept their hymens intact, it also guaranteed dangerous, usually fatal, birthing problems. The lucky and smart ladies who did exercise enough to survive childbirth, and who lost their hymens through nonsexual means, (Or because they are marrying their lovers.) would discretely bring along a bit of chicken blood to spill on the marriage bed. A woman needs regular and reasonable exercise to keep her lower regions in shape too, and better the healthy girl with the lost hymen, than a weak one with her hymen intact. Sometimes a girl is born with a hymen that flexes rather than breaks, and in the sex trade, she's worth a lot of money because she can dupe a lot of johns into believing he is her first. All this goes to show that the bleeding part of losing your virginity doesn't count for much. What counts is that this first experience is handled with gentleness, patience, and real affection. My first was very wonderful to me, and despite our best intentions, we didn't make it to the altar, but his treatment of me left a very positive impression that benefited me and those I let into my intimate life thereafter. The loss of virginity should be the gaining of a trust, never sell yourself short of that. Take care of yourself.

no not all. Girls lose they hymen due to all sorts of reasons. They may bleed even if they do not have an intact hymen though becasue the tissue of the vagina may tear. The older a girl is the less likely she is to bleed during her first time. I bleed really bad my first time even though I was 19 and have played contact sports my whole life so my odds of bleeding were very low. I bleed alot, I ruined his sheets.
