It's a tie between Sharapova and S. Williams.

Here's a link to the complaints about Sharapova:

They both haven't been at the top of their games lately.

Serena and venus williams are the most irritating>>>> it is like two people having a wild night>>>> As for sharapova i don't find it irritating it is maybe because i get to see her play a lot and she moan a lot so i got used to it probably...... but if moaning helps them in their game then who am i to complain...

Monica Seles, hands down... Sharapova comes close at times but, was not as consistent with the cry/moan/grunt as Monica.

Maria Sharapova! That chick must shut up! Noone needs to make that much noise, it is obviously a tactic to distract the other player.

Maria Sharapove, I believe that I have read somwhere that she has the loudest grunt in tennis reaching about 105 db which is louder than a motorcycle

Shrikepova and Serana, some times Nadal, they should ban people that do it on perpouse, so others can't hear the ball.

Monica was the first player and ranked #1 at the time. I have always hated it...drove me crazy...BUT I am a coach and if it works for you...do it. It is also a way to make sure you are breathing correctly when you hit the ball. Many players hold their breath and having them yell when they hit is a sure way to correct it.
