Honestly, lube up with KY and go very slow, do not just rush in because it will hurt!
DO not freak out if she bleeds, it is normal for some.
See this is why Virgins thinks sex sucks the first time...because you have to go slow and try not to cause so much pain.
Slow and steady my boy!
It will be hard on you because you have to control yourself...and then hard on her for thinking..is this going to hurt.
Both of you may end up scared S*****SS, but if you are calm and slowly walk through it, you can do it.

If you're a virgin too, then it doesn't even matter, you'll probably finish before getting it all the way in. If not, make sure she is plenty moist and try getting her on top so she can ease it in at her own pace.

Take your time. Use a lot of lubrication. Accept that it is probably going to hurt a little anyway.

Bottom line your first time is painful there is no easy way. Use lots of lube,go slow, talk to her. That's about all you can do!

I don't know how pratical this is, but try doing it in water, weather it be in a tub or a pool, if this isn't possible put some lube on the condom, and have her relax.

she needs to be on the pill and he needs to use a condom
then let the girl be on top and be in total control and it should be fine for her!
also let her know it is okay if it doesn't happen and that you are fine doing anything she wants to do and will be willing to wait as long as she needs!

Relax, take your time. If she uses tampons there shouldn't be any pain unless you're very large. Still take your time and enjoy her.
