New England had a great off season picking up offensive weapons. They already had a great defense. They will be tough.

Marty is gone in SD. Say what you will Marty had great seasons but could never win the big one. the Chargers have a lot of talent and could be a sleeper pick.

Denver is a interesting team. Cutler has a year under is belt and should be better. They have a nice D with some offense. Perhaps the Chargers and the Broncos will beat each other up causing the Home field through the play-offs to go to Indy or New England.

At the end of the Day.....New England!

The New England Patriots will be coming after the Colts, especially after that AFC Championship game! Tom Brady and his new WRs will be working harder than ever before to win 4 of the last 7 Super Bowls.

It all comes down to the defense. Indy's rushing defense was last in the league in the regular season, allowing teams a whopping 175 yards a game on 5.3 yards per carry. This allowed the opposition to maintain some ball control and keep that dangerous offense on the sidelines as much as possible.

But in the playoffs, much to the surprise of almost everyone, that same run defense suddenly turned into a brick wall, allowing opponents a measly 81 yards per game and lowering the yards per carry to a respectable 4.1. Among them New England and KC, both top 10 AFC rushing offenses, and Chicago, 8th in the NFC.

Nobody knows if the run defense just rose to the occasion for the playoff run, or if they actually turned a corner and became legitimate run stoppers. But if they remain as stout this season as they were in the playoffs, that'll mean more field time for the offense by virtue of teams not being able to control the clock as well, and it'll be very hard for any team to outscore'em with even a few extra possessions..

However, if they revert back to last place against the run, it'll be very difficult for them to repeat..

Colts will be lucky to make the playoffs, with little to no chance of winning the AFC much less the Super Bowl again. My prediction is Chargers -VS- Patriots in a game that will determine who wins the Super Bowl.

Yeah the Patriots will kill the Colts this year. I hope Peyton Manning gets the MVP in the regular season because the Patriots are MVP killers. The Patriots have a great offensive and defensive core this year. Tom Brady now has wide receivers to throw to. So say goodbye to Manning and hello to Brady. The Patriots will go to the Superbowl, beat anyone in the NFC and win their 4th superbowl in 7 years

Chargers and Patriots can beat them, especially the Patriots. I doubt the Broncos will. Colts have the Broncos' number, but the Broncos have the Patriots' number, and somehow believe it or not, the Chiefs have the Chargers' number. Also, don't leave the Bengals out. It's going to be a very challenging year for the Colts. Two more months for FOOTBALL.................

Dont forget about the jaguars.... Byron leftwich is comin in after his ankle surgery and feeling the best he has ever felt, and he's also very excited about the new offensive coordinator. Greg jones is going to be back and maurice jones-drew is also gonna be more explosive this season. This is the last year of Byron's contract, so i would expect to see the jags making a good run for Afc south, and maybe even make it to the championship.

As a huge, long time Colts fan, I think this year will be a serious fight for them. The Patriots Machine is back, new and improved, a much better team than last year. Manning will have to be better than he has ever been.
