Sounds as though they monkeyed with the wiring pretty good.

You'll have to go through each circuit and fix them - or take it to the mechanic's and bite the bullet.

Next time your uncles want to borrow your trailer - gently remind them that when you loaned it to them the last time, it was damaged upon return - to the tune of whatever it costs you to get it fixed. Therefore they will have to give you a (returnable of course) repair deposit in the amount of whatever you think you should charge - if they want to borrow it again.

I had a little pony, his name was Dapple Gray.
I loaned him to a woman to ride a mile away.
She whipped him and she lashed him and she drove him through the mire.
I will not lend my pony now - for all that woman's hire.

The best tool to start diagnosing the problem is a 12 volt test light.Start with the truck female connector and check for power. Maybe your problem is simply a blown fuse. If the truck connector has power, visually check the trailer wiring harness for damage or breaks in the wires, repair as needed. no manual or web info is going to help with that.

Contact the manufacturor and have them fax you wiring diagram for that model trailer. They will show you what all wires are supposed to be attached to what and where. It would also help if you or a relative is an electrician.
