I do like that spelling of Caitlin because that is my sister's name with that exact spelling. Her middle name is Grace, which sounds very pretty together.

The only spellings I would ever, EVER use would be Caitlin and Kaitlyn. There's no need for extra y's or anything. ^_^

No, I tend to prefer the traditional spellings of names, eg Caitlin rather than Kaiytlyn, Chloe rather than Klo-e.

I prefer the original Caitlin but if you wanted to be different then Kaitlyn or Kaytlin - the 'i' and the 'y' together looks a bit odd and your girl will forever have to put up with her name mis-spelt on cards and letters. It'll bug her and you believe me - my girl's name is a simple 'Milly' but boy does it bug to get cards addressed to Millie!

Sorry, but i can't stand the name or either of the spellings you've picked, but if you like that name, then that's fine! Despite me not liking this name, some spelling suggestions i personally prefer, rather than yours, would be:-
Katelyn
Catelyn
