i changed the coil . sometimes i have spark sometimes no spark?

Dirty points - file with "flex stone" and reset points and timing.
Bad condenser - replace.
Points and condenser wires shorting to ground.
Bad spark plug cap - try a new one (or lawn mower, car, whatever).
Bad connection between spark plug cap and high tension lead - remove cap, cut 1/4" off end of wire and screw cap back on.
Bad kill switch - I forget which way it works. Try disconnecting it, or disconnect it and jump the two leads together (wire harness side).
Check all connections.

Don't know any hoes that repair atc's. They usually repair other problems. lol
