I need one for an upcoming audition for a theatre school and I don't have a semi-operatic style voice.

If by Semi-operatic you mean that you don't have a vibrato then you'll just have to do the best you can. While no song necessarily 'requires' a vibrato, it's generally accepted that that's part of the deal particularly in a 'slow' song.

You can try:
Home - Beauty and the Beast
Somewhere That's Green - Little Shop of Horrors (Might be 'character' enough to get away with no vibrato)
Let Me Entertain You - Gypsy
Matchmaker - Fiddler on the Roof (moderate, not slow)
How Lovely To Be A Woman - Bye Bye Birdie
I'm Gonna Wash That Man Right Outta My Hair - South Pacific
I Can Hear The Bells - Hairspray
Astonishing - Little Women
In My Own Little Corner - Cinderella
God Help The Outcasts - Hunchback of Notre Dame
Ribbons Down My Back - Hello Dolly

I'l be honest, these are not my favorite audition songs for the most part but many are easier to pull off (except a few) if that's what you're looking for. I guess I'm not exactly sure of what you're looking for so I hope that these help in some way.

Good luck

Still Hurting from "The Last Five Years"
What I Did For Love from "A Chorus Line"
I Know The Truth from "Aida"
Home from "Beauty and the Beast"
A Change in Me from "Beauty and the Beast
Gus the Theatre Cat from "Cats"
I Don't Know How To Love Him from "Jesus Christ Superstar"
Alone in the Universe from "Seussical" (in the show it is sung by a young boy, but it is a really gorgeous song and could stand by itself as an audition song for anyone really)
I'm Not That Girl from "Wicked"
A Quiet Night at Home from "BARE a Pop Opera" (not sung operatically though)
My Friend the Dictionary from "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee"
aaaaaaaaaaaaaand finally,
The middle section of The I Love You Song from "The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee"

that is all i could come up with for you. my voice isn't suited for opera, as it is really clear toned (this is what one of my professors told me when I was thinking of transferring into the music program at my school, which is solely opera based.)
most of these songs I've either sung or have considered singing for auditions. I would have to say that my personal favorites are Still Hurting and The I Love You Song. The I Love You Song has a higher range than Still Hurting, so depending on where your voice lies those would be the ones I would suggest to you.

"Surry with a fringe on top" from Oklahoma is a pretty good choice...I'm not sure of your range but this song needs power, not necessarily operatic flair. Actually, anything from Oklahoma since its a western musical. I look more into it for you...I'm a music teacher. Good luck!

The Turtle Dove song...simple, slow, and great for most vocal tones.
'O Yonder Doth sit that little turtle dove..." is the first line if you need to search for it. Its a common enough song, you could probably find the music online.
