Sounds more like TMJ.. do you clench your jaw or grind your teeth... I find I unconsciencely do this at work when I get stressed or highly concentrated on something and it often leads to a headache.

Hi!

I think this is more a case of too much caffeine, mild migraines, a deep infection in your jaw, or you're having a stress reaction to a certain stimulus... Such as staring at a computer screen for too long, or driving through white knuckle traffic, or final exams. The headache is usually delayed. Cancers very rarely have noticeable symptoms, and certainly not ones that manifest at the same time every day. In the evening your body goes through a down time stage, and any stress or illness you have will pop up. I suggest you lay down for a ten minute nap and cut off the caffeine about two hours before you rest. If it helps, this is stress or over stimulation. If you have a jaw infection, the pain should reduce down to it's source at this point. Hope you feel better soon!

could very well be TMJ. im not sure of any cancers that have those symptoms but i know TMJ or "jockjaw" will give you migranes and will cause your jaw to tighten or lock up. COntact your doctor to find out for sure.

Sounds like a good case of TMJ! Why would you think cancer? Go to the dentist or Dr.

I would lean more towards TMJ, but you need to get that checked out asap! Even if it's just TMJ, it's so bad for your jaw and you can get gear to help protect your teeth.

probably neither.

Cancer doesn't work on a time clock nor does TMJ.

Pain from cancer might change based on head position, and TMJ might change based on whether your chewing or talking, but neither would simply appear at a particular time.

How old are you? Is there a possibility that it is your wisdom teeth coming in? That can cause pain in both the head and jaws.

See a doc; we can't diagnose you here.
