u should leave it to a professional,over the counter products,for that purpose aren't very effective,if they were no car would have dents!

Depending on where the dent is, if you can get to the back side of the dent, you may be able to push push on it and have it pop back. It may not be perfect, but it would look nicer that leaving it dented in.

look at walmart for a suction dent repair kit. that might do the trick.

try using a suction cup make sure it is a strong one and pull real fast towards u
