I have PCOS and just gave birth to a baby boy 5 weeks ago. My cousin has PCOS and has 3 children. Yes it is possible you just need to ovualte. Ask your doctor about a drug called Metformin you can research aswell. It helped me get pregant, my cyles used to 80 days long, after being on Metformin for 5 months my cyles became only 34 days long. Also using ovualtion testing strips work great too.
Also I had bad cramps right before I found out I was pregnant

My two oldest daughters have PCOS (my legacy lives on) and the oldest was ttc using clomid for 3 cycles. It didn't work for her but she pretty much just kept a supply of pregnancy tests around the house just to check. My daughter used to get a little hormonal around ovulation while she was on the clomid so I'm wondering if your breast tenderness could have been ovulation....
