1. Education (science, math, philosophy, theology etc....... a system where people are taught everything and left to make their own decisions about things)
2. Communication ( a system were the logical and most reasonable have voice over the narrow minded and violent)
3. Respect ( not just mere tolerance where you put up with someones differences but true respect for the fact that they are a human being and entitled to their way of life....agree to disagree... where you don't have to agree with what they think but understand that they have a right to think for themselves)
4. End to Materialism ( a place where "things" are not as important as doing a good job or leaving the world a better place; where the all powerful dollar isn't the reason why people do something)
5. Change in ideology ( change things from a "me" centered view of the world... to a view where people are more concerned with helping each)

Oxygen, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, gold and silver. It would be a chemical teacher's Utopia. You would have to memorize the periodical chart to get in. Everyone would have to keep their little bunsen burners under control. There would be some real petri dishes there and everyone would be drinking out of a flask. Big Brother would be watching. Everyone would live under a microscope. No one would be allowed to slide. It would be divided into the three states of matter.
