I have a knee condition, but what should I say/go through to re-obtain my medical weed card in California? thanks.

You'll need a prescription from your HI doctor or your new CA doctor. They can help you with the paperwork for a new card as well. Transferring your records or obtaining copies would be a useful thing to do anyways so make sure you do that.
