Honey, you just lost a part of you. There's no time limit on when your over that kind of thing. Maybe you can find support groups, I remember seeing some on-line sights for that when I did a research project for my psych class.

I think it's pretty normal. I have had 3 miscarriages and 1 successful pregnancy, and I still get sad thinking about the first three pregnancies. I just always felt like I'm missing out on something. The first two I only carried to 9 and 12 weeks but I was already so attached to them. It's hard to go through - I hope you have people you can talk to.

any way you look at it, a miscarriage is a loss. You will grieve that loss in your own time and way. Of course it is common. Give yourself permission to grieve, and you will then be able to move on as time heals the pain of loss.

Of course. Not that I can speak from experience, but I think you never get over it to some degree. I know my mother hasn't, she talks about it still.

the death of something that has been a part of you for 9 months is going to take a while to get over. yes this is completly normal. take your time greiving. thats all it takes is time and tissues.
