There is no "average" weight by a person's age. You healty weight depends on your body size, structure and build.
A better definition of healty weight can be determined by your BMI or body mass index.
Attached is a link to a calculator that can tell you your bmi and where you are in a range.
Like any other scale, it does not take all factors that pertain to your body into account, but it can give you a general idea what your healthy weight should be.

I'd say more or less 55 kg. I'm not so sure, it's just an estimation of my and my friends' weighs, so if I were you I'd find a more reliable source. Don't bother to much about weight. Your BMI should be between 18 and 24.
You calculate that by dividing your weight in kilograms by your length in metres* length in metres (so:
55 / 1,70* 1,70 = 19.03 is OK

That's all dependent on your body type, muscle mass and other factors - people are not averages, they're individuals. Anywhere from 108 lbs to 125 lbs would be appropriate.
