)How do hindus celebrate diwali???

It is not Diwali, which is a Hindi(one of 18 National languages of India) CORRUPTION. In Hindi "Diwal" means Bank ruptcy. The correct Sanskrit word is Deepaavali---Deepam=Light---Aavali= arranged in a line -straight or (row)circular--festival of Lights.

c)How do diffrent people celebrate diwali diffrently???

There is not much difference. In essence-wearing new clothes-taking Oil bath-Preparing/Purchasing a lot of varieties of sweets and consumng/distributing to kith,kin,friends-Extravagansa in Crackers to the extent of tearing the tympanum-Praying the Goddess of wealth asking for more wealth.-a few differences here and there.Entire India (lengh and breadth) it is celebrated.

d)Relate the festival of diwali to its historical and cultural context???

Many Mythological stories.Essence is the same"God removing the "evil" and establishing the "Rule of law"(Dharmam) Politicians' annual rhetoric of "Victory of Good over Evil"

e)How does hinduism varies among indivuals and communities focusing on Diwali???

Already answered .No difference in Essence.Peoplecelebrating GOD's removal of "Evil"-Mild Regional/Ethnic/cultural differences here and there.
