You need to start small with community and school theater and get some good training. Disney channel takes an agent to get as well as most TV and movies, very rarely do these industries hold open calls.
You need to get a resume built up with some headshots before an agent will consider investing in you.

You need to take acting lessons for the next 15 years. After that, maybe you can audition for an adult role for Disney.

Honey, have you ever acted with ANYTHING before?
stage?
commercials?
something?
then ur not gonna act
you need an AGENT
for everything you stated
you need TALENT
which i dont know if you have
and permission from ur parents is not gonna help
you need headshots
a video with you performing 2 monologues
and a resume
work on that first
without it, no ones gonna take you seriously

well movies are always holding auditions for this kinda of stuff right?
and you cant expect to get a big role the first time.
you have to work your way up in this business.
just keep your eyes peeled for auditions (:
