This is a totally made up "language". But there are rules embedded in it that make it easy to interpret once you understand them. I was taught how to use this at a very young age, taught my brothers and my son. Now we go out in public and speak it "fluently" and people actually think we're speaking a real language. I know we didn't make this up so I'm sure there are other people out there who understand/speak it.
