I really would like to right a novel. I started writing two and just got bored with the ideas I was coming up with. They all had been done to death and so cliche. If anyone has any good, unique ideas that would be helpful. Any suggestions or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

A girl meets a person, and discovers his ability to affect time (and travel in it) asks him to change something in her past, and eventually ends up being erased from the memories of her family (and everyone else), yet through some weird loophole, still exists. She then must live with said time-changer, because he's the only one who knows, and ensuing problems occur, then she ends up having to decide to change everything back to before she met him and never know him, or live with her decision forever...

Ok for starters, every story has been written it is up to you- the writer- to tell the story in a new way.

Second, no one is going to give you their good ideas, they're going to use them for themselves. ( besides using someone's else "good idea" is plagarism). Look around at what you like to read, what genre appels to you? Mystery, sci-fi, contemporary? Pay attention to your dreams. Two of my novel ideas came from a dream. Sit in a cafe and watch people. Imagine a sitaution and create different outcomes. Use your own life experiences
(or others), write about what you know.

To get the creative juices going try this. Pick a subject and write 500 words on that subject. You'd be surprised where an idea will come from.

Be realisitic, not every novel idea you come up with is going to be that best seller but everything you write is one step closer to finding out what you want to write about.

Good luck and keep on writing.

If you really start looking, there's no idea that hasn't been done before. You just have to try and make your work either as original as possible or as intresting to others as possible.
