can somebody pick out ther regular verbs in this sentence...there are 10 of them.

The others all undergo a vowel change on changing tense:

Arise, (arose, has arisen)
Lead, (led, has led)
Say, (said, has said) [occurs twice]
Find, (found, has found)
Forbid, (forbade, has forbidden)
Give, (gave, has given)
Is, (was, has been).
