Is she suppose to be the voice of conservatives or liberals? Why does SO much hate spew from her mouth? If she is suppose to be the voice of conservatives, then she isn't. I am conservative, and that's not how to act. I just want some opinions. That's all.

she is just incredibly obnoxious. I personally think it's because she is 45 years old, never married, has no kids and she needs attention. She is going to grow into an old haggard woman whose life stood for nothing.
on a side note-even though I hate her, for being 45 years old, she's kinda hot. That's just my opinion. I don't like her though. She is an embarassment to conservatives. We don't think that way. We don't wish people to die, we don't think the 9/11 widows would have been divorced anyway, etc. Republicans do have common human decency.

also I am 19 years old, and I just wanted opinions. Apparently, someone here thought I wanted to "breed" with Anne Coulter. I said she was kind of attractive physically, but I can't stand her as a person. I don't want to "do it" with Anne Coulter thank you very much!

In an effort to point out the hypocrisy of the Left, she uses the same rhetoric as they do. It makes her look over the top, but I tell you, Liberals are winning the semantic battle in this country. We don't have enough Conservatives who are will ing to stand up and show the Left for who they are. They aren't these nice little tolerant, open-minded, free speech, mild mannered people they try and make out to be. They have been brutal on President Bush, Conservatives, and Republicans. Now they're on a course to shut down talk radio. We need to fight back. We need more Ann Coulter's, not less!

She is the anit-Rosie. You're right. I am conservative but she goes way overboard to drive home a point. On "Good Morning America" on Monday, Coulter was asked about a March speech in which she used a gay slur to refer to Edwards.
"If I'm going to say anything about John Edwards in the future, I'll just wish he had been killed in a terrorist assassination plot," . Vile words, but she was trying to "counter' HBO's Bill Maher. Maher suggested in March that "people wouldn't be dying needlessly" if Vice President Dick Cheney had been killed in an insurgent attack in Afghanistan--which btw didn't get much press when Maher said it.
So I guess the answer to your Q is that she speaks just as venomously as the other side to drive her point home--but since the left's comments mostly go unnoticed, Ann is doing conservatives a disservice.

The pearls of wisdom that spew out of her mouth are for the shock value and to sell her books. She is nothing of substance and lacks the most basic manners that any 5 year old knows. While I agree with defending her right to speak there are many times I wish she was muzzled.

She is most definitely not the voice of liberals- her job is to attack the positions of the left constantly. It is ALL that she does, and she gets paid for it.
It would be really interesting to know what exactly happened to here in her upbringing to have such an unbridled hatred for the left and a shameless sense of self-righteousness about all issues.

What does she hope to accomplish? Pretty much the same as Rosie..Shock and piss off as many people as they can, get reactions, and keep their names in the news. It works. The people who dislike them spend more time talking about them than anyone who does like them.
