Aquaclear 500 refugium lighting requirement?

Question

Anyone that has done the Aquaclear DIY refugium please tell me what you use for a light....

Im going to put some cheato in and I need an idea on what to light it with.

What do you use?

I haven't done one of these myself, but I'm guessing this article is what you're trying: http://www.wetwebmedia.com/hagenrefugart.htm

They used a coralife mini light: http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/group/10934/product.web

But you might be able to use one of these as well: http://www.thatpetplace.com/pet/prod/215657/product.web (comes in 7,9, and 13 watt models, so the light wouldn't be as intense, but neither would the heat from the light)

you could also use a flexible lamp and add a 6500k pc bulb form walmart, but the coraligfe should be fine
