URL stands for Univeral Resource Locator.
It is basically the address of something on the web. For example the URL to Google's homepage is:
http://www.google.com
If you need the URL to a music file it would look something like this:
http://www.websitename.com/musicfile.mp3
The full URL includes the http:// part.

A url is what goes into the Nav bar. Like when you go to yahoo, The url is: http://www.yahoo.com . Get it? You first need to get someone to host the music for you first. I suggest going to Freewebs.com and Signing up. =P
