Yeah. I got pregnant with my second child! How's that for a side effect?!!!

This really isn't a legit question to be asking, it has the same side effects as other birth control products. It really just depends on the person, plus this is a ask your doctor type of question, you'd ask him if, based on your personal health, if there's more of a chance for serious side effects.

My best friend got pregnant twice while being on Ortho.
Each time she also had an unexplained miscarriage.
Im on Yasmin. No Ortho for me.
