KB24 no doubt. People can criticize him all they want, but every single night, he leaves 110% on the floor. Even when his team's in a funk, the guy still won't hold out.
Runner-up is KG. Strength, instinct, mentality, experience, work ethic, resilience...now he just needs a team.

OMG i cant believe im the only one putting Allen Iverson. Hes led the league in minutes and steals practically his whole carrer and dives on the ground for every loose ball no matter how far away he is. Dudes barely 6 foot and ranks in every NBA scoring column there is, he drives onto the lane and jumps right in too huge 7 footers and hits the ground with a thump and jumps right back up at least 5 times a game and he constantly plays through injuries. This is no contest, the answer is by far Ai.

Bruce Bowen. He guards the Kobes, Lebrons, the Rips and AI's every night. Doesn't ever get a play called for him. Rarely gets any credit. Gets paid peanuts compared to the people he defends.

I say Kevin Martin. He only gets pad around 950,000 a year. He led the kings in points with 21.0 a game. Definitely Kevin Martin. He deserves more though.

everyone has good answers but kobe and KG are obvious choices. but since im a warriors fan, ill throw a guy at you and tell him what he has done.
Jason Richardson. when drafted he was only known as a dunker and had no shooting game whatsoever. if you look at his career numbers, you will see that jrich has improved every single year since he has been in the league except this year because he had surgery on his hand and knee. but jrich is a really hard worker, goes into the gym to practice all th time. when teammates went on vacation to hawaii during the allstar break, jrich declined and stayed in oakland to work on his game. he came from being a dunker to one of the best SGs in the NBA. now he can hit a shot from anywhere and he is also one of the best rebounding guards in the nba. of course, jrich has his flaws, his FT shooting and his ball handling, but knowing jrich he will be working on them the entire summer. he is the heart and face of the warriors and has been loyal even though we sucked since we drafted him in 01.
he also paid 50,000 of his own money to send out a full page ad in the newspaper saying thank you to the fans who supported them through another losing season in 05-06. on the last game of that year (i was in attendance) he promised that the warriors will make the playoffs and guess what? we did and we pulled off the biggest upset in nba playoff history by defeating the mavs.

Kobe Bryant- i remember a couple of years ago when he hurt his wrist and was on the injured list- he started practicing shooting with his left hand- and when he came back from his injury he added some crazy left handed scoop shots. So even when injured- he is working on his game- and every season you can see an area of his game that improves.
