now m not getting factory full space..on adding data above 1 gb ,data in storage device gets corrupted.Secondly on using SWISSKNIFE i formatted it again and now its showing 481MB of storage only . M in trouble coz its a new device and i want 4gb of space BACK . I want to recover its previous 4gb space . Is there any software which can help to regain 4gb factory space....PLZ !

Have you tried READING the MANUAL it came with ?
Also check manufacturers website for help
U say it has "4GB Compressed memory" ? That sounds like it is NOT a 4GB player, but uses extra compression to squeeze more in, and they are know to have problems when they are reformatted.
Install the tools from CD it came with, try that as well, should be a "refresh" or "format" tool there, or info in the manual.

Use Paragon Hard Disk Manager and undelete partitions to regain your lost space then merge the recovered partitions to a single volume and you get back what ever space you had originally

Sry dear ....U should not hav formatted it......Som players go boom...when u do....My friends4gb became 175mb......No way to recover it...
