I'm not sure. I took a pregnancy test every week for 3 weeks with my second child and it said negative. Finally I took a blood test and it showed I was pregnant and over a month long. Get a blood test from your doctor to be sure.

It can give you a positive if you are pregnant. Everyone is different though and it really varies on when you can get a positive. But if you do get a positive from a test, then you are pregnant, there are virtually no false positives. I got my positive 7 days before my period was to begin. But that is really rare.

In 40% of all pregnancies, no. You have to be late for them to work properly.. even the ones made to work 5 days early.

Blood work can usually pick up on very low levels of the HCG hormone though.
