If you mean your "local" IP address the computer uses, it's under TCP/IP in network properties, but most modems use a DHCP system to assign address to a PC.

If you mean the external address to internet, then not without talking to the ISP. Sometimes rebooting a modem will change it, but if they assign a static IP to your line it will ALWAYS be the same

Call em and ask them, unless you are trying to hide freom something, and byt the way, if so too late, it is logged to your line in the logs already

Your IP address is allocated by the isp. It may change after you disconnect, it may not. If you attempt to change it manually you will lose your connection and since this is illegal your isp may cut you off.

Log into your modem/router. It is usually located at 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1

Once there hit disconnect, then reconnect. You will briefly lose connection to the internet. This is basically no different than unplugging the cord except that you don't have to physically unplug it.

Call your isp and tell them you want it refreshed, they will change it for you.
