I don't know anything about AC units. I have a trane unit fitted for a 1500 sqft town house. A couple of weeks ago I noticed water gathering inside the kitchen around where the duct work is installed. Now when I turn on the AC there is hardly enough air coming though to blow a feather. I changed the filters and checked the circuit breakers. Any suggestions on what it may be? cost?

The house is 11 year old. Is this going to cost a lot?

If you don't have airflow, you won't get cooling. It sounds like the fan has quit working.

Contact your Trane representative in your area and have them inspect the unit.

A motor replacement should be $200-400 with labor, may be more to correct problem that caused the water leak. If it is a variable speed fan (not common on Trane units) look to spend $600 or more. You can ask if there is a generic replacement, it may void the warranty, but your system is out of warranty anyway. Ask if there is a discount for service contract customers and sign up for the service contract.
