No not really. Getting an agent isn't as easy as it seems, before you go and do that make sure you have the experience because an agent isn't going to invest in you without that. You also need to have some headshots as well.

Even if you found an agent in Lebanon, it would be a long time before you were able to even audition for the Disney Channel. You need to sit down and decide whether your goal is to act (much more opportunity there) or simply to be on Disney. So many young people are more concerned with being rich and famous, than with the actual life of a working actor.

Hi there,
The first thing that comes to mind after reading your question is, "Are you ready to audition for Disney?". The reason I ask is because there I have entertained an onslaught of questions recently by folks asking the same question. It seems that Disney is the place everyone wants to be.
Having said that, you know that the people already acting on Disney Channel are trained professionals. Are you? If so, then I have a suggestion for you. There are many actors who are very, very good, but don't get seen and don't get a chance to audition for the casting directors they really want to audition for, because they don't have the business skills they need to be successful. And so, their talent goes unnoticed. What a shame. Really. I have a friend who was like that for a long time and now she is beginning to come around. She has the technical skill, but she lacks the business skills that many, many actors overlook and as a consequence many don't work.
Your number one priority right now should be getting some good, solid acting training. It's not just about being the right type or having the right look, it's also, and more importantly about your acting skill. But make sure you have an opinion about what you are looking for in a school and in a teacher. Click here to see what some of your criteria could be.
In the long-term, and if you really want to be acting on Disney Channel, you will want to develop yourself, study the industry and study your acting craft.
Go to this link and see some of the issues actors often have before they even get close to working at all as actors, much less acting on Disney Channel: http://www.actingcareerstartup.com
I’ll send you to this page to see what it can be like to be an actor looking for work. This could be typical day, like it was once for me: http://www.actingcareerstartup.com/working_as_an_actor.html
Are you ready to do that day after day after day until you get what you want?
Getting an agent is only part of the deal and even if you get one, it doesn't mean that he'll send you out for all the auditions you want.
I say this to let you know that before you get close to Disney, you will have a lot of work to do and a lot of base to build. That is unless you are a natural born, exceptional talent. Then maybe not.
So in summary, it is possible to get to Disney. It is. But you will have to position yourself for success. To do that you need to get started quickly and with purpose!
Good luck!
Tony

My advice is find some kind of acting job closer to home and make a name for yourself. It is easier for a well know actor from another country to get a shot at Disney than it is for an relativly unknown actor from the US to get one. When you get old enough you could actually get a job on a Disney cruise ship and perhaps that will open some doors for you.

Did anyone else notice that he said he's from LEBANON! I guess this is an international phenomenon. Listen, you need to live in the same hemishpere as the studio. Let the other future Disney stars take heed! You have the same chance as he has. That is to say NONE! You sound as silly as he does.
