depends on the amount of people..
i usually just ignore it.. or if it really bothers me i'll go to a private place, dressing room, bathroom elevator ,behind a wall lol and scratch!

act like im looking in my purse for something and then secretively and quickly scratch. or, if u were having a meal and couldnt get away, you could take ur napkin and set it in ur lap; while doing so, you could take a quick scratch.
