This is really hard to say, so try to interpret it as best you can.

I think people buy hype and excitement too easily. For example WWE (fake wrestling), sex, Nascar, celebrities, being a democrat. It's unnatural the way things are done. People dont focus on their needs anymore, and the world has suffered for it. What do you think?

It's partially true, so much is presented in an entertaining form that people don't question the entertainment and instead interpret it as reality as it should be.

It could be that we are too well taken care of these days. For example, the concept of being a vegitarian or vegan if you grew up starving makes no sense. Everyone feels like they've got a safety net so they need to do something with themselves which usually results in a need for entertainment. Remember years ago when a road trip meant reading road signs, license plates and looking at scenery? Now kids have iPods, video games, laptops, etc. and we wonder why they all have ADD and anxiety issues.

Gee jared I am sorry you are not getting laid. I didn't realize cons thought sex was hype and too exciting.

Are you doing animals or something that it is unnatural.
Do all cons do animals? I didn't know sex was unnatural.
Well i guess it is unnatural if done without other humans.

Yes Nascar has certainly reeked more havoc on the world then even George Bush.

Pretty lame attempt at liberal bashing.

I think that society and media today is WAY off track from where they should be. I agree with the fact that people today are getting too excited abou things like WWE, sex Nascar, and celebrities. We should be focusing on things that really matter, like our families, friends, education, and the needs of other people.

I would have a greed until you threw in " being a democrat" Then I realized you are just another conservative radical. And just how do you know we don't focus on our needs? Been taking a poll? Should have said " In my opinion ". But no, you have to pretend to know what everyone is doing. Get a clue, you are not that smart.

I think many of us have a yearning for excitement and we find it in different ways.

But I've never thought that being a Democrat is exciting. Al Gore and Hillary Clinton come to mind...

What do I think?

That you are ignorant and narrow minded, and a person that thinks if someone doesn't agree with your point of view, then they are wrong, and that is it.

Everyone has differing opinions. That is what makes this nation so wonderful to be in. And that is what makes humans the way they are - free will.

No, I disagree. Most people ONLY or MOSTLY focus on their needs, hence a lack of consideration for people other than themselves in a never-ending quest for self-gratification.

WWE, Nascar, celebrities are for entertainment

sex is part of your life(if you married)

being a democrat is fun.. you want to do everything you want to do right? (as long as it is legal)

so just enjoy your OWN life..
