Talk to them
i was 13 when I got my belly button pierced for the first time and I wasn't ready. My parents didn't want me to do it so I went behind their backs to get it done and they were extremely angry.
I didn't know how to keep it properly clean or how to take car of my new piercing so I would suggest waiting.
Tell them you want it done and you want their approval for it. Try setting an age that you all agree on and if you still want it when you reach that age then get it done. I would also look up as many different things online that I could that could show you really are responsible enough to have this done but make sure you're looking at the right places and not just believing information you hear anywhere

I wanted to get my nose pierced for a while when I was a teenager, and my reason was that I hated my nose so much that having a ring though it would distract people from looking at my actual nose and they'd focus on the jewelry instead. They didn't buy it but it was funny. Oh, also, you could tell them that you would breathe much better and live longer if you had another hole in your nose to increase oxygen levels to your brain. (note the sarcasm)

I can give you plenty of reasons why not to have piercings at such a young age,But you wouldn`t listen anyway.
Don`t you think that your perants have good reasons why you should wait until you are older and hopefully more mature to see that looks are not as important as others make out and fashion changes so quickly that a nose piercing will be so out of date and even if your friends who have had theirs done will regret it.
Choose your own style and create your own fashion, lead not follow fashion and have everyone look like you and not the otherway around.

Your nose is still growing and developing-it may seem like a great idea now but in 3/4 years time when the hole has grown and sagged you wont think it!
I had mine pierced at 16, and I soon noticed after while that even then the piercing has grown out a bit. I had to get new studs because the hole went funny! It's not as glamourous as you think...why not get your eyes pierced instead?

ok, um, ross or who ever said "tell them your pregnant, then say you were j/k, and they will be relieved and let you do what ever." YOU ARE AN IDIOT!!!! That is the STUPIDEST idea ever!! If you do that all you are going to do is piss them off and prove to them how IMMATURE you are and I'm pretty sure that is the exact opposite of what you are trying to prove.
As for how to convince them, I'm not sure what to tell you. You are the only one who knows how your parents are. If your parents are like mine, once they've made up there mind, there is no changing it. If that is how your parents are all I can say is wait until your 18, or take the risk of doing it yourself behinde there back and getting in trouble or worse getting an infection. I did that and was grounded for a month and a half. I really wish I would have reconsiderd that. I'm lucky that mine didn't get infected. And surprizingly, I didn't get caught until a year after I did it.

Just say that it's your body, not theirs. Say you understand about the infections it can cause but u will clean it as often as directed. Ask them why you aint allowed to have it done, when they say 'coz ur too young' you say 'that aint the answer though is it.. you dont have to be a certain age to have it done, im old enuff to make my own descisions' or summit along those lines..
Have fun with the 'compromising' xx

13 isn't a good age to get your nose pierced, you just think that because that's the age you are. wait a few years and then try to talk to them with reason.

Tell them that you think you are confident in your decision and that you wont regret it. If you just sprung the idea on them, they will think that you are just being spontaneous and they will be skeptical, you should wait and be persistent and if they realize that it is something that you really want they could let you, but ask yourself everyday before you get one if you are really comfortable with something that is basically going to permanently change your appearance, because you shouldnt get one just because you have some spare time and are kinda bored

NO SORRY I CAN NOT GIVE YOU ANY REASONS TO CONVINCE YOUR PARENTS TO LET YOU HAVE YOUR NOSE PIERCED. You are young , why not wait till you are older .Why not show your mom and dad how grown up you are and discuss it with them and compromise may be they would let you have it done for your 16 th birthday .its worth a try why the hurry is it that a friend has one ?

Think you a bit young too but in the end thats not such a deal IF ITS WHAT YOU REALLY WANT...
Note if you get in a fight in school all the other guy /girl has to do is pull your ring,,, say lightly and it will really hurt and can lead you around like a pull with everyone laughng at ou or rip it out easy which will wreck your nose, hurt like hell then you really will need a nose job.
Aside form that...
Trade good behavour and exam grades for the nose ring...
Make a deal that if you improve your grades, behave (not perfect but pretty good excluding where justified ie got into a fight to protect frind being bullied or campaigned so girls can wear trousers or shorts is not being bad)
