There is no way of knowing for sure. After all, she is still human and capable of screwing up and ending up in the hopper once more. But I think she will do her best to stay out. Even with her sentence being lightened, it still would be a horrific thing for someone of the statue to being in prison, even if her sentence was relatively short.
But for her career's sake, I'm sure she'll try to keep her head straight, but she's Paris Hilton--since when has her head been straight?

Nope, she won't be screwing up again...
(well, not in the classic sense of the word anyway)
the beautiful, sensuous, chic and classy Paris has certainly learned her lesson.
Though never having served any time in jail myself, I am certain that this experience of 23 days being incarcerated has taught her to be more cognizant of things pertaining to her and to look over documents (license suspension notices) herself and not rely on her entourage to tell her what to do.
Sometimes we need to learn lessons the hard way, and for Paris this certainly has been the case.
Post Script:
it simply amazes me to see the unrelenting displays of jealousy exhibited by the female members of this community with any mention of Paris Hilton (not just in this question but, many others also)...not one that I see gives her any support at all and only have "bit*chy" things to comment about her.

I honesty don't think she'll go back. but if she does it wont be for a while, like a few decades. If it we're you and you spent about 3 weeks in jail, don't you think you would have learned your lesson?

I'm willing to give her a chance, can't do any harm can it? Also, people don't you think it's time to give her a break? A lot of 26 year olds would make that mistake.

For the sake of humanity, I hope she becomes a huge recluse like Howard Hughes did.

She's so vain, I think she'd screw up again. All she worried about when she returned home was about her hair and makeup.
