It's not cruel...just typical. The reason everything is still happening over there is because not enough people care anymore. If anything of that nature ever happened in America we would expect every country to be here to help out. But we don't have the good sense to get out of Iraq and help people that actually WANT and truly need us. Everyone who could be doing something over there should be ashamed of their selfish attitudes.
