Where did you get your history lesson's from? Geeze.
Great Britain is not a Republic. Learn to spell better.
Read something about the creation of Great Britain and it's rich historical history.
Of course the Queen posses a pass port. How else could she travel outside the Kingdom?
She probably also posses Autonomity if I pronounce that word right? Cause she represents her country.
As I read history about the British quite often, I know that her husband changed his citizenship to become British. So that he was allowed to serve in the Military. Even so he never denounced his German nor Greek nor Dutch heritage. And it had something to do with WWII.

Prince Philip actually descends from the Danish royal family.
And it is the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.

She is the head of a monarchy and as such her people are subjects not citizens.
I don't know about the passport but she does not need number plates on any car she travels in. As for Phil being Greek I think you will find that due to the incestuous marriage practises of European royalty they are both descendants of Queen Victoria and as such he is part British unfortunately

The United Kingdom, my friend, is NOT, actually, a REPUBLIC, - it is a Constitutional MONARCHY, - with Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth, as its Head of State! Yes, Her Majesty DOES have a passport, - as does Her husband, - Prince Phillip, - Duke of Edinburgh.
The truth, is, that, - although, not BORN here, - the Duke COULD, - at least, THEORETICALLY, - hold DUAL Nationality, - citing the "GROUNDS" of "RESIDENCY", for the issuing of the necessary BRITISH document, - he HAS been MARRIED to Her Majesty, since 1947, - that's SIXTY YEARS!
