I spilled bleach on my silver ring and it has blackish stains on it now. Is there anyway I can remove these?

Simichrome Polish, I swear by it! Simichrome Polish quickly brings any metal to a high shine and retards tarnishing by leaving a thin protective coating. It removes heavy tarnish and polishes silver, chrome, aluminum, gold, stainless steel, pewter, and magnesium. Car and motorcycle owners use it to polish wheels, tailpipes, bumpers, and many other metal parts. Antique dealers use it on both plated and solid sterling silverware to quickly remove even black tarnish. Simichrome is non abrasive so it won't harm the metal. I use it often in my line of work. It is a lifesaver! You can find it on-line, or usually in stores that sell car and motorcycle parts.

Wishing you the very best,
Psyche

That black stain is actually a very hard oxide and you may need a slightly abrasive cleaner to get rid of it...or some solvent suitable for that particular oxide.
I like the suggestion of toothpaste, my mother would have supported that. She used toothpaste to clean silver egg-spoons, which tarnish the same way when in contact with egg yolk.

A silver polish or Tarnex should work...you can get either at a drug or hardware store.
