Last night, I started to bleed a light pinkish brown color. This morning I noticed it was a little thicker. I stopped taking birth control in order to conceive on June 9th which is two days after my "period". It ended up being longer than usual. I thought it was because the pill was leaving my system. Now, I know it is way too early for it to be my period again, but I am confused about how my body works. If it helps, I took Orthro Tri-Cyclen Lo. Can someone tell me what is going on? I can't see the doctor until late next week.

Your hormones are just a little out of whack because you stopped taking the pill. Try not to worry about it. It should get back to normal in a few weeks.
